The guy that pulled the trigger had the loaded (round in chamber) pistol in an area you weren’t supposed to handle firearms at all, in-hand with his finger on the trigger. I’d walked in and was just getting my things put down when he turned from the rear of the range (sort of a staging area w/ firearms required to be in their cases) back towards his shooting lane and in the process, let loose a good ol’ negligent discharge. It ricocheted off of the rear wall and then tried to settle down in my forehead.
