Gobble gobble bluey thanksgiving shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

My brother loaned his girlfriend at the Gobble gobble bluey thanksgiving shirt Also,I will get this time £900 to pay off her credit card debt as she couldnt afford it and was paying the interest on it. He labelled the bank transfer as a loan however there isnt anything written or signed. She then cheated on him so he left her and she is now refusing to pay back the loan. He offered a payment plan of £200 per month until paid. She started by saying he will get his money ‘when she can’ however is now refusing to pay anything and telling him she never will. Just looking for any advice as he is unsure what to do and is struggling to resolve it through communicating with her as she has now blocked him. Send a “letter before action” detailing that he intends to recover the money, and she is been given the option to setup a repayment plan. If she refuses, or won’t reply back within say 14 days. He can issue an MCOL – basically go to court to get the money back. he’ll need to provide proof the money was a loan. On the balance of probabilities, the fact it was called “loan” and there are subsequent messages about it via text message seems reasonable it could be enforced.
