I’m single and in my late thirties. Nothing against marriage. Just that I didn’t find anyone that justifies the Gnome One Fights Alone Alzheimer’s Awareness T-Shirt it is in the first place but complications that come with a marriage. Single girl in late thirties. Are you staying in Kerala, how do you deal with Naatukar. Are your parents accepting of your decision. If yes , how long did it take you to convince them ? Are your parents liberal, educated and broad minded. I’m in Bangalore mostly. Parents are liberal and don’t pressurise. Naatukkar have mostly made peace with the fact, lol! It’s best, irregardless of partner or children, to plan for your own elder care. As my mother says, your own gums are better than others teeth. I chose to be single in my early 20s because of an underlying condition. Now I am in my mid 30s, and still single. But what I do realize is that it is not so easy to remain single especially when all your close friends and family members around you get married and busy with their lives. You really need to have good self-discipline and motivation to keep going in life if you remain single. While married couples may have their spouse, kids and their future etc to look forward to, those who are planning to remain single will have to stay strongly motivated and dedicated to attain personal goals for their physical and mental health etc along with professional goals. At the same time, I am also not totally ruling out the possibility of moving in with a like-minded partner at some point later in my life who is willing to be child-free. Mid 30s is still comparatively early in one’s life and who knows what is in stock down the line. But one thing I am certain of is that even if I decide to marry or be in a relationship later on, I would still be child-free. I have not made any long term plans regarding my finances or location, just trying to save as much as I can at the moment.

My big bro (22 yo) has such plans, he is already having plans on working in a law firm in the Gnome One Fights Alone Alzheimer’s Awareness T-Shirt it is in the first place but US and coming back here to start a business. And when I asked him about old age. He said he’ll probably hire a nurse for taking care of his health and checkups. He’ll save a lot of money and keep it aside solely for his health in case things go south in his career/business and will not use it for anything else. Like operations, surgeries and god forbid, something like cancer. He deals with loneliness by occasionally hanging out with his friends, also he has plans on adopting a puppy and kitten. Hope everything works out for him. Whereas me (18 soon 19) and my GF (20) have already started marriage plans and other long term plans like managing finances, home and kids (too early maybe, but it’s probably for our own good anyway).
