I don’t get it… Why wouldn’t you want this to go back to the Girls Just Wanna Have Fundamental Rights Feminism Tie Dry T-Shirt in contrast I will get this states, it’s not like abortions are going to become illegal if it’s up to the states. Seems to me the government has been sticking their nose in areas they don’t belong. Except this decision does not ban abortion. It simply puts the decision back in the hands of legislators. Courts should not determine policy and legislate from the bench. That’d be like putting freedom of press or guns in the hands of the state. Imagine if a California citizen could be sued for going to a gun range in Utah. I absolutely love this. Who I feel sorry for is his wife and kids. Look at that picture of when he was sworn in. His wife and daughters looked scared. That wasn’t a scared look from not wanting to be in the limelight. A movement isn’t always going to be composed of exactly the same type of thinkers or believers. And a successful movement can’t turn their backs on a group of supporters either. I know a lot of people who are more moderate pro choice supporters who would definitely be there in DC to protest and turn out to vote but get turned off by things like this The problem is the politician who didn’t codify legal abortion. They had almost 50 years (since1973) to do that. Obama and Democrat even had majority in congress and did nothing. People go to politician instead, who are responsible for this situation.
