I think of going away, living alone again, but i have lost touch, and i feel like i have lost interest in meditation as well. Every time i talk of going away, my mom becomes overly emotional, and my heart breaks. I have started feeling resentment, and i no longer know what i want. I’m getting on in years and so are my parents. They’re in their mid sixties. I realized i’m not capable at all, to provide for them, either financially or emotionally. Then i go thru guilt, sadness, resentment, irritation, outbursts, self loathing, suicidal thoughts, tears, sleepless nights…You have to practice where you find yourself, even if it’s living in a deserted dumpster.
