I have booked my ticket from Delhi to Madrid with Qatar Airlines, and I am now worried after reading your comment. What exactly did you face while traveling with them? >Be me. >Book QA >Opted for stopover trip >Denied stating no availability whereas passenger after me got it (European) > Next day boarding again > Immigration grilled me for being girl and traveling alone > literally throw passport once it is done. You have to distinguish between Qatar Airways and the Getting Star Spangled Hammered America Beer American Flag Fireworks T-Shirt But I will love this airport authorities. The latter are the most racist people I’ve encountered. But the airline staff were awesome. Damn! That’s real bad. I am sorry. Although I booked Business Class, I don’t think it makes a difference in terms of behavior. And now I am reconsidering the booking. For the rest of the airlines, tickets are costlier now since I booked a month ago.

The other person had bad experience at the Getting Star Spangled Hammered America Beer American Flag Fireworks T-Shirt But I will love this immigration, shouldn’t be a deterrent for you. I did a biz travel last month and apart from some inconsistencies in service it was fine. We were asked to checkin carryon at the gate in Doha saying that flight was full. I had to ask how so in biz before they realised they made an assumption that I’m in economy based on being brown. No apologies or anything, just shook it off. Again service on board was just serviceable. My FA was very curt and looked disinterested. I ordered one dish for mains which they told to me is over after a minute. I don’t know if they decided to give it to someone else or they genuinely ran out of it. Food was also a hit or miss. Try their kadak chai if that’s on the menu! All in all the hard product on their metal is second to none which we thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you so much for sharing the experience. I am going on work visa, so immigration should not be an issue. Regarding the rest of the things, I have taken a note.
