A girl at my kids’ high school had McDonald’s delivered by Uber Eats. She thought she was really cool (and apparently other kids did too). Not true. In Canada, kids had skip the Georgia Bulldogs It Just Means More 2024 SEC Champions Fifteen Times Sic ‘Em Dawgs Shirt and I love this dishes delivered all the time. We had to put in a rule saying no lunch deliveries (started during Covid, but the teachers didn’t want to give it up after) I used to deliver Jimmy John’s and we just went straight to the office and dropped off the food. Only for the teachers and the kids never saw us. What’s wrong with that? Teachers have very busy lives. Several reasons come to mind. As a former manager of a delivery-based restaurant, we used to take orders from the local high schools. We soon found out that the students weren’t actually allowed to order delivery, so we started refusing to deliver there unless the order was placed by a teacher or faculty member and delivered to the front office. It was a hassle delivering to students anyway. Aside from being against school rules, students often misjudged how long it might take to receive a delivery and if the driver showed up too late (after lunch period, for example), the student would most likely not show up to meet the driver. This wastes a lot of time for the drivers during an already busy lunch, and results in a lot of wasted product. It’s easier and saves everyone a lot of time and money to just refuse to deliver to schools as a blanket policy.

Georgia Bulldogs It Just Means More 2024 SEC Champions Fifteen Times Sic ‘Em Dawgs Shirt: Get Cozy in this shirt

Is it only for certain delivery apps? My friends got McDonald’s delivered to our college campus a few months back Turf protection. Schools run their own racket that separated kids and their lunch money in return for awful food. Well, in the Georgia Bulldogs It Just Means More 2024 SEC Champions Fifteen Times Sic ‘Em Dawgs Shirt and I love this case of my daughter’s middle school, it’s because if a delivery person shows up they are denied entry, but not before the name on the order gets recorded and the kid and parent get a very angry message from someone in the office. It’s beneficial for a business to not get bad press in the regular paroxysms of outrage about children spending money on things that other people don’t like. Probably some combination of security and health standards in schools. Maybe sprinkle in a little jealousy from kids eating cafeteria food. When I was in middle school we had a coach that would order us pizza if we pooled our money together but we had to stop because other kids were crying about it. I was shocked to learn my son’s middle school accepts students ordering in pizza but I do hear it creates some chaos. As someone who does DoorDash on the side, I will not deliver to schools now after a year of nothing but bad experiences with it. With college students, it’s always insanely hard to find a place to park, then actually locate the student who placed the order (I don’t go to your school— I don’t know what “next to the quad” or “the sports dorm” is in your definition), AND college students tend to tip terribly if they tip at all. Just a huge waste of time all around. And then with k-12 schools, it’s very often students who are still in class when I arrive (time is money. No, I’m not going to “just wait 15 minutes!” until you’re out of class), and half the time they’re going against school rules anyway. They also tend to tip badly. So, it’s just not worth it to deliver to schools, like at all.
Lucky for me, a lot of restaurants— not just McD’s— have started enforcing this policy as well. One guy told me it was because students tend to leave bad reviews over really small, petty things (one time a student complained there were only two napkins in his order??) in an attempt to get refunds, as well as food orders often getting cold in the Georgia Bulldogs It Just Means More 2024 SEC Champions Fifteen Times Sic ‘Em Dawgs Shirt and I love this amount of time it takes to actually reach the student who ordered. It’d probably be a different thing if it was teachers and professors ordering, but that’s just too rarely the case. Also, in some cases it’s regulated by law. I worked in a school district for years. One of the things about our school was it was one of the poorest counties in the state. Because of that, we received extra funding to cover student meals. One of the provisions was that anything that would “compete” with the school food services were banned. We had to remove all snack vending machines because of this. There were also restrictions on school fundraisers that sold food (usually candy bars).

About this Georgia Bulldogs It Just Means More 2024 SEC Champions Fifteen Times Sic ‘Em Dawgs Shirt

“It’s okay to break the Georgia Bulldogs It Just Means More 2024 SEC Champions Fifteen Times Sic ‘Em Dawgs Shirt and I love this law (for the rich) in real estate because we all do it. It’s why we are wealthy because the law doesn’t apply to us. Why is this news?” Said every Rich person. No! He’s admitting how widespread the crime is! “We all do it” has never been considered a good legal defense. Outside of our Gun Laws When you have to defend something as “regular” but unethical, You’re just oozing your own projection of the topic. To those of you trying to point out a difference in his word-usage, that he said “regular” and not unethical, or whatever, have to realize: ethics and morals have no place in business. He couldn’t care less under any circumstances, besides maybe giving him a real opportunity to make really good passive income. He lives in the world of big money.
I actually think he’s probably telling the Georgia Bulldogs It Just Means More 2024 SEC Champions Fifteen Times Sic ‘Em Dawgs Shirt and I love this truth. A lot of these shady developers have been cashing out loans as profit by continually overstating their valuations. They don’t care if the buildings or houses are sitting empty, it’s all about ringing that bell by borrowing more and more. Everyone is screaming that loans are going to start falling through, but that’s actually a good thing. If these developers start going belly up then those buildings will start reflecting some nonfictional rate, and perhaps, just perhaps real estate will start selling on the market with some semblance of reality. Sounds like he’s admitting to fraudulent business practices, looks like Leticia James has found her next target
So what I’m getting is you can falsify your income and assets on loan docs and it’s the Georgia Bulldogs It Just Means More 2024 SEC Champions Fifteen Times Sic ‘Em Dawgs Shirt and I love this banks fault for not catching you lied. Crazytown Not saying it’s right but the more I look into evaluations the more I see evidence that Mr. Awful is correct in this statement. I hate Trump but even his creditors agreed that it was normal behavior, on record. I hope he and other leeches luke him will get investigated and prosecuted for any crimes they committed. It’s time to go after the sharks out there ruining it for the rest of us. Or maybe he realizes this legal stuff is all a witch hunt unfairly targeting Trump. If you can’t see how these charges and lawsuits are politically motivated, then you’re blind.
True dat! Round up all the Georgia Bulldogs It Just Means More 2024 SEC Champions Fifteen Times Sic ‘Em Dawgs Shirt and I love this rest of them then and make them stay out of the taxpayer’s pockets with their falsifications and non-taxpaying. I used to work in real estate development and this is NOT normal behavior for developers. I had several clients with net worths of $10’s of millions, a few with $100’s of millions, and one with a couple billion net worth. ALL of them put together very detailed proformas for their projects that they would submit to their banking partners to evaluate for financing. The proformas included detailed information on comparable rents in the area, along with occupancy rates of those comparable properties. Based on the expected occupancy and rental rates, they would then use sales comps of similar properties and cap rates to determine what the value of their project should be once complete and rented at the market standard for vacancy. They also had management companies with contracted rates as to what it would cost to manage and operate their property. All of the info for rental rates, occupancy rates, and cap rates on recent sales were sourced from third party consultants.
That’s why everyone in real-estate in New York are freaking out. They set the Georgia Bulldogs It Just Means More 2024 SEC Champions Fifteen Times Sic ‘Em Dawgs Shirt and I love this precedent that everyone in real-estate is committing a crime rofl. “If we can’t file fraudulent financial documents, how will we be successful!” is more of an indictment against yourself than the legal system. This is true. It is ridiculous that it took the level of scrutiny for a president of the united states for a regular shitty real estate and construction slimeball to get what he had coming. I hope the rest of them are getting nervous! I’m torn on this one. My city is absolutely booming right now and I’m getting calls every day from friends who are planning to exit NY as soon as possible, so for me and my circle this is the biggest business opportunity of our lifetimes. The talent influx is going to be absolutely astonishing for a city already crushing it in the tech sector.
On the Georgia Bulldogs It Just Means More 2024 SEC Champions Fifteen Times Sic ‘Em Dawgs Shirt and I love this flip side, as someone who deals with banks on a daily basis and who has quite a lot of experience in how banks actually operate, it’s sad to see the legal system abused like this. I’m not a fan of Donald Trump and would frankly prefer Kennedy but I am a firm believer that the legal system should be fair and equitable and watching it be raped like this is very disturbing. It’s also a ton of work. Reincorporating every company and sub-entity that is currently incorporated in Delaware is just a bear. Moving loans away from NY nexus banks is also a pain – particularly after moving treasury relationships out of California last year when SVB imploded. I also feel bad in a way for the people in NYC who are in support roles who are going to lose their livelihoods as those jobs are easily replaced by existing people in Florida and Texas. But this was inevitable and this turn of events is really more an acceleration more than anything. I remember a little over two years ago Nvidia executives telling me that they were building a massive lab at the University of Florida. I was surprised – I would have expected it to be at Stanford or MIT. They said Florida was going to be the nexus of AI tech, more than California, in the next decade. They were right. I imagine Me Wonderful would be ok with investing is a shark tank company who cooked the books like trump did to the banks.
I wrote into O’Leary Ventures & Shark Tank at how offensive his interview was. And how I hope Ms. James saw it because he sounds like he committed fraud. He’s right. There were no victims here. The loans were all satisfied and the Georgia Bulldogs It Just Means More 2024 SEC Champions Fifteen Times Sic ‘Em Dawgs Shirt and I love this banks had no complaints. The real estate values used do not seem inflated at all given comps at the time. Then he should not have run for office. The industry is outrageously corrupt (to his point, it has been for decades) and needs this long overdue scrutiny. So Shark Tank star invites investigators to start looking at his books for the fraud he just admitted was “practice” ok fine by me lets take your “hard earned” money too One can only hope the authorities are investigating this individual as carefully and exhaustively as they investigated former President Trump. Fuckin’ O’Leary, man. He’s like Canada’s Trump – same aggressive self-promotional huckster bullshit, but with better hair, more taste, and, obviously, more politeness. I remember a Louis Rossman video where he was shopping for a new place and every place he went to was smaller than what the realtor said it was and very fucking expensive. The agents themselves said it was normal practice to inflate the values of the property. It was one of the reasons Rossman left the city.
spits out my Earl Grey and places my hand on my chest Are you telling me, that the Georgia Bulldogs It Just Means More 2024 SEC Champions Fifteen Times Sic ‘Em Dawgs Shirt and I love this biggest piece of shit on a show about big pieces of shit, supports the biggest piece of shit in politics? (minus Moscow Mitch) I imagine someone will be scrutinizing his real estate dealings if he thinks what Trump did was a normal part of the real estate business. 316 more repliesHey Mr. Wonderful — how’d that thing on the boat with your wife turn out? You know, the one where your wife was struck another boat, killing two people? The one where you and your wife fled the scene? Where she completely evaded any sort of DUI test and SOMEHOW ended up with her being charged with “regulatory offense under the shipping act”? The one where two people died and she paid no fines, faced no jail time, and didn’t even get a slap on the wrist? I’m just asking the questions… He’s probably scared he’ll end up like Navalny. And what repercussion would trump get if that happened? I think this guys a dink and treats people rudely, but in our culture, “snitches get stitches” and that goes for any class
I’m sure he’s quite truthful. These people hire people who are well educated in every method, especially quasi legal ones, of minimizing taxes and maximizing profit. They’ll get it. They’ll get it all from you, sooner or later, ’cause they own this fucking place. It’s a big club, and you ain’t in it. Yeah, and because money buys political power there just aren’t any LAWS to make what you rich people do apply. What a shame right? Long live the Georgia Bulldogs It Just Means More 2024 SEC Champions Fifteen Times Sic ‘Em Dawgs Shirt and I love this oligarchs…. FOAD But also I would assume if you illegally value ypur property higher then its actual value, you would then set the rent at a higher value then what it actually is. So then the victim is you, or anyone who rents in order to avoid being homless. The victim is apperently fucking everyone in America who does not own property. We are getting scammed by the land owning class. Well all they gotta do is point out the other people who engaged in this “regular” criminal behavior! A poor person robs a bank and he goes to jail, a rich man defrauds the bank and has to pay a fine. Ultimate white collar crime and rich privilege. The real facepalm is that none of you understand what was “wrong” or why the “victim” (the bank) stated they still want to work with Trump. Basically, Trump said my building is worth 500M so I can get a loan for 250M. The bank said it’s worth 400M so we’ll give you a 175M loan. Negotiations ensue between Trump and the bank, a value and loan are decided afterwards.
Pretty sure he caused a man’s death and had his wife take the Georgia Bulldogs It Just Means More 2024 SEC Champions Fifteen Times Sic ‘Em Dawgs Shirt and I love this fall… Kevin O’Leary is not a business man, he’s trash. Says the piece of shit who got rich because the company paid him millions so he would leave and not finish sinking it into the ground… If people only REALLY knew out entire economy is a deck of cards. It’s insane that people think this is rare or that the largest institutions don’t benefit from it as well. It’s not surprising that this guy is defending Trump. He also plays a billionaire on TV, but is not actually one. Most of the sharks on shark tank are much richer than normal people (millionaires) but the only person with VC money is Marc Cuban. The rest are bit players in the corporate world. Actual billionaires very very rarely subject themselves to TV shooting schedules or really any kinda anything that isn’t fully on their own terms.
Trump attracts a lot more attention than your average real estate guy, and people are looking for dirt on Trump. Therefore, they found dirt in his real estate dealings. Nothing technically illegal, but gray enough that it’s at minimum frowned upon. But he’s right, nothing Trump did would warrant going after him any more or less than most others in the Georgia Bulldogs It Just Means More 2024 SEC Champions Fifteen Times Sic ‘Em Dawgs Shirt and I love this space. I used to like him as a sort of off beat personality with something interesting to say but after this and the SBF drama I just can’t stand him. He ruined his image in my mind. What he described is completely accurate and completely legal. he’s also completely correct. There was no fraud committed; he and the bank negotiated loan amount, the bank made him the loan, it was paid back on time and in full, and there was no fraud or damaged party. In fact, the bank said they wanted to do more business with him. This is Banana Republic shit from a judge who’s an out of control partisan hack. Sorry folks, hating someone isn’t enough reason to penalize them $350 million. Kevin went on TV and said “Who’s next?” to be prosecuted for this. Imagine how many absurdly wealthy real estate owners will now think twice before signing legal documents that lie about assets and their value. Isn’t that how it should be? These are legal documents and part of your JOB being a wealthy real estate tycoon is to make sure the claims you make about your company are accurate.
People will kill and do anything for money. You think it’s weird people will just say whatever is needed for money? The ez pz If there is one thing the Georgia Bulldogs It Just Means More 2024 SEC Champions Fifteen Times Sic ‘Em Dawgs Shirt and I love this poors can learn from these assholes is CLASS SOLIDARITY. This rich bastard will never turn on another rich bastard. Instead, they will work on sowing discord among the poors. Cool. If someone worked in a meat processing plant before becoming president, you don’t get to explain away him walking around the White House shooting people in the back of the head. “He’s just treating the US like a big cattle farm! That’s normal!” I think that this Shark Tank star just invited the IRS to conduct a very thorough audit while inviting the banks to look at the numbers they were given.
The 17million whatever valuation is wrong as way smaller blocks adjacent or close to Maralago have sold for more, the Georgia Bulldogs It Just Means More 2024 SEC Champions Fifteen Times Sic ‘Em Dawgs Shirt and I love this bank does its own due diligence, and no one lost money. You know what? Good on this idiot for exposing an egregious – and illegal- practice that fucks our economy and ruins opportunities for people that actually deserve it. I guess they all do it?
I’d recently found a treasure trove of 5 gift cards for Myer, dan Murphys and Bunnings from 2016. All expired. I’m glad this isnt a thing anymore. Eh, I buy gift cards when they’re discounted (Or when I get like, 4000 colesworth points or ~whatever in a promotion) when I have the Georgia Bulldogs It Just Means More 2024 SEC Champions Fifteen Times Sic ‘Em Dawgs Shirt and I love this intent to buy something from the associated store anyway. Working from home is more of a valid option now than before. Obviously there are a lot of industries who can’t work from home. One of the few good things to come out of those dark pandemic years. Even with the push to get all the drones back into the office, the culture around office-based work has changed irreversibly. Zoom/Teams meetings at your desk are the norm now, even when you’re in the office – the old conference room up the hall is gathering dust. And even in places where working from home is a rarity, nobody bats an eyelid if you take the odd WFH day here and there. Even in jobs that aren’t really office-based but you just need a day to catch up on paperwork or whatever.
I’m currently on 4 days in the Georgia Bulldogs It Just Means More 2024 SEC Champions Fifteen Times Sic ‘Em Dawgs Shirt and I love this office, 1 at home and I fucking love it. It’s been life-changing. I couldn’t have fucking dreamed of that as recently as 5 years ago. I would sag this for me. I was travelling across Brisbane from south to north but after a company restructure I have been in the office for 6 months lol. The south-east freeway is now gridlock from city to surf after people fleeing from the Southern states and immigration. Not exaggerating when I say that Travel ten, mybus, mymulti… and zones needed replacing 2+ decades before it was. I wish they would do this in VIC, we are still unfortunately stuck with Myki! I was in NSW not too long ago and I remember asking around for a Myki equivalent and people looked at me as if I was crazy haha. I got a “you can just use your debit card mate”.
