They are very much out and as someone who wears them for personal preference reasons, I get semi constant snarky commentary on my choice. However, tights and especially textured graphic tights are in during fall/winter. The old school nylons they are supposed to make your legs look tan are out Nylons are out of my life, but I do rely on tights and leggings when needed.
