What is it you are fearful of? Having ample protections in place for your kids? The possibility of knowing when you are about to die and/or the Galaxy Star Christmas Vintage shirt and I will buy this pain during the process? A lot of fears are fears of something else. So example being fear of heights is generally actually a fear of falling from said height. Try to rationalise what you can to see if that helps. Just simply don’t think of it. Live in the moment. Life moves fast and if you’re worried about something that should be years away you can miss out on a lot. Now I am not saying don’t think about the future you still need to plan and save for the things you enjoy and for your kids but you need to focus more on the hear and now instead of 10-20 years from now. If it helps any there are a few quotes I try to live by and 1 of them is ” when making plans always think about the worse case scenario and plan for that to happen and any surprises will be pleasant” meaning if you and those with you already know what to do in an emergency then you have very little to actually worry about because you have already covered what can and may happen.

Galaxy Star Christmas Vintage shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

The thought of it never really bothered me I would prefer not to but it’s going to catch me one day doesn’t matter if it’s sooner or later just try to have a good time before it happens Yeah it is possible. I was an extreme thanatophobe when I was younger. Used to take up my every thought. I read something that changed the Galaxy Star Christmas Vintage shirt and I will buy this way I thought about it. I’m an atheist and I believe that there is absolutely nothing when we die. And because its impossible to experience this nothing as we won’t be around for it, dieing is literally something I’ll never experience for myself. It’s like before you were born. Why worry about something you’ll never experience? Honestly I can’t tell you a tried and true method. But I don’t see how someone can fully live without fully excepting what life is. I’ve heard “to really live you must almost die” and I see a lot of truth in it personally. Sometimes I think about death and am terrified. Other times I think about death and am full of wonder and curiosity.
