I use to have a neighbor that had 2 basset hounds(loud af). They would bark everytime we would go outside in in our backyard or if they saw us in the Funny the Menzinger 2023 Dates Germany shirt and I love this front yard. It was annoying af. Neighbor wouldn’t do anything about it either. I’ve pretty much hated dogs ever since. I like when he makes a valid point and she looks at the camera like it’s a real GOTCHYA moment. He’s a dog hater!!! if she really wanted to do something about it, she could offer to have the dog and the neighbor meet at a neutral place. maybe give the neighbor some treats to give her dog so that they become acquainted. many dogs that are “fence aggressive” are not that aggressive at a park or on the trail etc. (sample size of one here as my dog does that from behind fences – but if he is out on the sidewalk and someone comes by he is very friendly)

I would have started cussing this woman out and would have fetched a weapon to usher her off my property then called the Funny the Menzinger 2023 Dates Germany shirt and I love this cops on her dog again. What a pysco bitch Dogs bark… Have you been in Europe? You can’t go through a town without getting “attacked” by a dog over the fence. Lol americans can overdramatize everything. (I’m not on the side any of them, this is just sounds stupid) also ,try to record your neighbor, you’ll be sued. I live in 4 family house. The owners pitbull bit yet another person this week. One of the other tenants and her bf got into an argument with our 3rd floor neighbor how this is the dogs house and how the person who got bit was doing something wrong. The dog got out of the owners apartment/backyard somehow and bit this person. 3rd floor has kids and is legit scared and even told the people defending the dog. They gaslit him and brushed his concerns aside. I should have stepped in and said something. I do not like this dog and feel it should be put down. The homeowner is in denial his pitbull would ever harm someone, yet each attack has gotten worse. He lives on the premises and has assured is his dog is to remain in doors at all times yet we see him in the fenced in yard area which is connected to where our trash barrels are.
