And I think we feel like we are lacking something or like we don’t understand. Like we are failing somehow and still need to “grow up”. But we just need to figure out new Normal and it’s going to differ for different people. There’s no “standard” to reach now so we are reaching for a bar that is no longer there. We keep thinking if we can just buy a dang house and afford our bills we will be grown up enough. Or maybe that’s just me lol but that’s how I see it.

Essentially it’s when it doesn’t matter how much skill/how good you are at something, you still think you’re winging it/are a fraud. Do the best you can at what you do, learn from everything and everyone, and recognize that just because you don’t know everything that can happen, just because you can’t plan for everything doesn’t mean you don’t know what you’re doing/are winging it. That’s bc you do not have free will. Your thoughts and actions are based on your genetics. So whatever made your ancestors successful in the mating pool is what is driving you today.
