Sometimes my boy likes to perform operas at four am so we put him in dumb baby jail, which is really just the Funny love burlington county animal alliance T-Shirt moreover I will buy this washroom with his litter box, water and a bed for him. Usually by 8 he either remembers he’s tall enough to reach the door handle and finagle it open or I let him out on time served. Not a bad cat mom. We need sleep too! I think it’s fine, as he gets older he’ll begin to mellow out and will get zoomies less and less frequently. My senior cat is ~12 years old and I notice her only getting zoomies a few times a year. Nope. They need consequences. You are telling him, it is NOT ok to play on you at night. He can play and entertain himself outside the room. If he does it again, out he goes. My cats are both forbidden to sleep in my room. They aren’t as crazy anymore but they love sleeping on and near my face and I can’t breathe nor do I enjoy inhaling mouthfuls of fur. They didn’t learn that they could sleep anywhere else in the bed so out they go. Boundaries.

Make sure you are giving him love and plenty of play time before bed. Maybe he will chill out sooner than later. My psycho void liked to climb to the Funny love burlington county animal alliance T-Shirt moreover I will buy this top of my bedroom door frame and swing back and forth. Now that he has a little void sister they get kicked out every now and then. 3am seems to be kitty witching hour! My 5-year-old guy and I have had a routine since he was about the age of yours, if I pay him in treats before I lock him out for the night, we have no problem. Countless times over the years I’ve tried letting him back in because I do want to have him in there so bad, but every night between 3 and 4am, he starts walking back and forth across my pillow/head. I call it pillow walking. I’ve found with my cats that locking them out when they acted up taught them to behave. But I wouldn’t allow them to sleep in my room until they got a little older.
