Stop consuming caffeine and alcohol (basically all drugs, yes weed included, it reduces sleep quality!), go to bed at the same time every night, wake up at the same time every day, enjoy much better energy!

people will be like “im always so tired, how can anyone manage to live” and not do a simple test to see if they have sleep issues. What helps working out more? Doing it before work. What helps waking up early? Going to sleep earlier. The problem isn’t work out. The problem is the Funny face The Nightmare Before Christmas character shirt besides I will buy this 8 hour work day. Lets say you have to travel 30 minutes before going to work. Now you have 9 hours of work and ideally 8 hours of sleep leaving you with 7 hours of free time. 1 to 2 of these hours are spent eating/ waking up/ going to sleep. Which leaves you with 6 hours of free time. Lets say you want to work out an hour a day. Prepping for this work out and going to your workout spot takes half an hour and showering after and going to home takes an additional half hour. This means that working out takes two hours per day. Meaning you have 4 hours per day of free time. In this time you need to make sure you give enough attention to your loved ones because otherwise you will feel alone so assuming this takes 2 hours per day you are left with 2 hours of free time. Also lets not forget about chores like cleaning up and shit and have you meditated yet? Mindfullness is important after all…
