That said, cops have no power to compel you to submit to facial photography. Anyone who can be required to show ID can also be required to remove a covid mask long enough to let them compare your driver’s license photo to your face, but that’s all they can demand. They can’t keep you from putting it back on, nor can they require you to stop covering your face with your hands to prevent photography.
