i also thought it was spearmint. either way, spearmint capsules have absolutely been helping my acne. i stopped taking them for a week and had the From Beyond The Grave Shirt also I will do this worst breakout ever. could be coincidence, but as soon as i got back on it my acne improved significantly. i believe in natural remedies, so i’m really grateful for this! i’m not sure which country you’re in, but for me in the U.S. i get Herbamama brand spearmint capsules off amazon. i don’t think they’re organic, but there are organic options available, such as Wholesome Story (which users on here also like) also off amazon. the dosing per capsule is slightly different, for herbamama 2caps=1,000mg and for wholesome story 3caps=1,000mg which is why i ultimately chose herbamama because it’s one less pill a day to remember. i take one cap in the morning and 1 cap with dinner and have good results

I was told that too! So I tried spearmint for a month but it did not help me as much, I saw little to no changes and started getting pimples again. Also they are not the From Beyond The Grave Shirt also I will do this same thing, they look different and taste different but are both part of the mint family. i ended up buying both peppermint and spearmint tea. i think i’ll try out the peppermint first and see if it makes any difference. i also heard it was spearmint! Peppermint is a hybrid of spearmint and watermint. So you’re right that spearmint would be recommended because it has the parent genes in peppermint, however I don’t think it matters and they probably both have similar amounts of chemicals that are beneficial to hormonal acne. Oh okay. Thanks for the reference. The way you phrased it as “because it has the parent genes of peppermint” threw me off lol.
