Edit: I’m dumb. I thought you were saying this happened domestically in the Friday The 13th Horror Movie Shirt Furthermore, I will do this US. We definitely have done this internationally. I feel like Michael Moore might have done something similar in his tv show TV Nation (I think that was the name?) I’ve actually described to some right wingers things I’d love to see America do one day. I’d talk about a tax rate of up to 70%, strong unions, employee high participation in corporate profits, the desire for a national healthcare system, massive federal government projects, etc, etc. Of course they call me a socialist communist and start getting pissed off. Then I tell them that what I described was America under Republican President Eisenhower the war hero. Their heads almost spin off their necks. Another one I do is tell them about how great a government healthcare system would be and I describe in detail how it works. Standard reaction of calling me a socialist communist, etc. So, then I tell them that the healthcare I’ve just described is exactly what I had while serving as a US Marine. Again, their heads just spin as they try to connect their beliefs with reality.

Honestly, Itʻs even better when you play it with Reagan, the Friday The 13th Horror Movie Shirt Furthermore, I will do this posterboy of the GOP. Treason by giving guns to terrorists and drug dealers? Reagan. Dismantling of fiscal responsibility leading to cost overruns? Reagan. Promoting drug use and homelessness? Reagan. Destroying family structure and abandoning veterans? YOU GUESSED IT REAGAN! I hate so much the fact that he edits his thing so shamelessly and expect his viewers not to notice it. It’s a huge disservice to himself, he loses credibility The worst case for me was with that doctor who supposedly tells sbc’s “daughter” he’d like to rape her. He didn’t, really tell people about positive things the government has done and provide examples on how they’ve impacted real people
