I do know this. If that orders $2.25 for anything miles wise I’ll decline it. Now OP said they tipped more than $2.25 sounds like all dasher was paid was base pay. They don’t consider credits as the Frank Tanana and Nolan Ryan in Los Angeles Angels Baseball T-Shirt so you should to go to store and get this same as normal payment. If customer did tip something else dasher didn’t get it. Tips can’t be taken back either. I’m reading more and more and more dashers complaining about orders with no tips, and the customer claiming to have tipped well. Contradicting information. Is doordash keeping tips? They have been known to. Had a guy all excited to see me get happy about a 100.00 tip only for me to get 10.00 so he called door dash and cancelled the tip completely and gave me 100.00 cash tip lol They’ve been caught I believe it’s three times keeping tips I got 220 somethin dollars in 2019 for them stealing tips so it’s a possibility

It would not shock me if these apps were keeping tips from drivers. How would we know unless the Frank Tanana and Nolan Ryan in Los Angeles Angels Baseball T-Shirt so you should to go to store and get this customer tells us what they tipped, not the app. How can it be proven? My favorite restaurant is 2.3 miles from where I live. I tip $10.00 always before they bring the food. I just hope doordash is paying them. Fried chicken is usually more expensive than a breakfast burrito. I’m assuming OP paid with credits and didn’t consider the extra cost was paid from what was tipped on the first order. Bad driver, and bad run…I wouldn’t have touched that order with a 10 ft pole. Look around this sub and the drivers sub. These idiots are always defended by other idiots, so that leads to worse and worse behavior. Hopefully, this driver was immediately deactivated.
