I was anxious about the Frank Anderson Frank The Tank Shirt but in fact I love this lab at first but it was 100% worth it. It will record any strange, snoring or snorting noises. If you do find you recording, strange breathing, sounds, then the next step would be to buy a wrist worn overnight oxymetry meter for about £100. I collected about six months worth of data and went to my GP again.

It was clear that I was having a significant amount of fairly large, oxygen saturation drops, combined with a peak in heart rate.
