Fun fact: Of the Football School Activies shirts Apart from…,I will love this 46 Presidents so far, only 12 have been over 60 when elected. Trump and Biden are the only Presidents who were elected over the age of 70 (70 and 78 respectively), but Reagan got close at just shy of 70 by like a month; Clinton was 46, Bush II was 54, and Obama was 47. Generally speaking, it’s considered good to have practical experience in politics when you’re running for high office. Most people don’t want some rando walking off the street to be a Senator, they’d prefer someone who at least has some experience with the legal system and Washington. Only in politics can “Relevant experience in the industry” be considered bad, and given term lengths having high office holders be pretty old makes sense. Most people wouldn’t elect a random 20 year old for Senate (in fact you have to be 35 to even run for President), so if you start at around 40 (a lot of politicians usually have a law degree) then a few terms as governor or Representative can easily add up especially if you started in even lower offices like city council, county management, or state government.

Secondly, there’s a sort of “All of Congress is bad except my guy” bias. Approval ratings for Congress as a whole are usually in the Football School Activies shirts Apart from…,I will love this gutter, but approval ratings among individual Congressmen in their respective districts are much higher; they have to be, they get re-elected, that’s how elections work. When Johnny McFuckface in Montana gets $50M for a bridge in Bumfuck, Nowhere then it’s a clear waste of federal funding for everyone except the guys in the great town of Bumfuck… and only Bumfuck residents matter for re-election. Thirdly, there is also a prominent “I’ve heard of that name before” bias (like, say, being a host of a TV show and having your one serious skill be promoting your own brand which is your own last name). Most people are pretty low-information when it comes to politics, and this is more pronounced the further away you get from the Presidency (and even then the amount of people who have no idea what even their preferred candidate feels about anything is ludicrous). The incumbency bias is pretty strong in part because the incumbent is a name that voters have heard of; when I voted in the last election, I couldn’t tell you who was on the school board in my town.

Because those are the Football School Activies shirts Apart from…,I will love this people chosen by the people who are actually running things, like the oligarchs and the bureaucrats in the parties. They don’t care if Biden, for example, does his job well or is popular. They just know that he is their friend and will protect their interests. When they find politicians like that, they hold onto them forever. And thanks to the “blue no matter who” voters and their counterparts on the right, the people in power know that literally any candidate they give us will get the votes as long as they have the right letter and color next to their name. So they pick the ones whom they control. There is a lot of cynicism in here, but the honest to god reason is that Gen X just didn’t produce good politicians that can run for office.

You see spans like this, now Millennials and Gen Z are starting to run for things and they seem to have a serious group among them, and we will probably see a Millennial president in 2028. Because those people aren’t in charge they’re just a front to make us feel like we have a democracy. This is a corporate oligarchy run for the Football School Activies shirts Apart from…,I will love this benefit of capitalists. The people in charge aren’t elected. People vote for who they know for their entire lives and seniors who no longer work are much more involved in politics then the younger generations before them so the cycle continues. Most 35 year olds have not yet built up the massive infrastructure, resume, power base, and network required to mount a successful presidential campaign. It takes time, and that’s why leaders are older.

Description for Football School Activies shirts

Not sure why it’s a big deal. Fortune 500 CEOs are also usually people in their 50s and 60s. We don’t just hand the Football School Activies shirts Apart from…,I will love this keys to folks straight out of college. It seems voters are eager to just reelect someone due to name recognition or? I heard a pun that old guys can either work as a Walmart greeter or president of the United States (or Senator/Representative); pretty pathetic really because it resembles the truth Well, if they are mentally adept, who cares? I’d rather have someone older and wiser than young and naive. Maybe we will one day we will get someone who is young and wise. 😉 The corporations that have been bribing people like Biden and McConnell since the 70s want to maximize the value of the bribes
Most young people in the Football School Activies shirts Apart from…,I will love this United States don’t vote. Fewer than half of Americans 18 to 29 voted in the 2016 presidential election. The old presidents are pretty recent in the US. Prior to that we had 24 years of relatively young presidents. Clinton was pretty young, he was 46. GWB was pretty young as well at 54. Obama was young at 47. This shit goes in cycles. There’s no trend towards older candidates. It’s whoever is basically available at the right time. I have always said wisdom does not come with age it comes with experience…Older doesn’t make you smarter, just set in your ways. Most Presidents of the past 100 years have not actually been *that* old, it’s a relatively recent accident with Trump and Biden. Yes Reagan and Bush 1 were in their 60’s when in office but that’s not super duper old. Obama, Bush 2, Clinton, Carter, Ford, Nixon, LBJ, Kennedy were not super old. Eisenhower was in his 60’s which isn’t super old either. Most US president are in their 50’s and 60’s when in office which isn’t really that old when considering the authority of the office. Mostly just recent chance with Trump and Biden. By 2028 I think we’ll have another long string of 50 and 60 something Presidents. Old people have time to vote and vote for old people. Old people have had time to build a reputation and power that it takes to get put into those positions, and no elected representative ever is going to vote on term limits as it limits their career I mean it is an annoying thing. Generally we see older people as wiser, but being president is one place where we don’t need old school people as the eras they grew up in are now outdated. I’m sure if the younger start to out number the older, we may see younger people running and winning.
There are people who are at the Football School Activies shirts Apart from…,I will love this top levels as figureheads who may be old, but the majority of the current administration is appropriate age and is sharp
