If businesses can’t get what they want without supporting legislators who want to destroy peoples fundamental rights then maybe those businesses shouldn’t be supporting those legislators. The idea that businesses are only responsible for making their shareholders money and that that is an actual reasonable excuse to support the Flower Heritage Haruki Murakami Shirt but in fact I love this fascist takeover of a nation is fucking ludicrous. At least some shareholders are women, are they supposed to say “thank you for making me money, it’s a shame I now need my husband’s permission to spend it”? My feeling is that it’s not that they are anti-abortion, but that the lawmakers they contribute to are fighting for other things that google and Amazon want google and amazon are buying votes at discount rates due to the anti-abortion stance. the politician doesn’t have a stance on ether side of the point google/amazon wants done so just sells it on the cheap. what this shows is that for all public grand standing these companies do for cheap kudos point they don’t give a hoot about abortion as a company.

Flower Heritage Haruki Murakami Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

Yep, the Flower Heritage Haruki Murakami Shirt but in fact I love this real story is that corporations don’t care a single shit about cultural issues. They only take sides openly when there’s a clear majority among their customers on one side, and that’s just to protect their profits. Amazon doesn’t give two fucks about abortion they just donate to whoever will give them the most taxes breaks and reduce the regulations they have to follow and doesn’t care if they bust the unions which are the same anti-abortion people Imagine if Congress was lobbied only by public donations and no corporations could lobby with their thousands and millions of dollars. It’s all about Free Speech(tm). You know, the Free Speech that companies don’t actually want you to know they’re engaged in. Kind of strange that they go out of the way to hide their awesome political positions that they so desperately need lawmakers to support.
