I guess I was referring to keeping up with trendy brands and whatnot. I used to do more of that, but now I try to stick to more classic, versatile styles/items. Blunderstones seem practical, durable, and stylish – everything I look for. They’re not quite so sizzling anymore but everyone’s certainly still wearing them! Lots of people still wear skinny jeans in my city, and it’s fine for them to do that, but if the question is “is this item in?”, the answer is still no. I think for “fashion people” skinny jeans are actually back in (when styled a specific way) and lug soled boots are on their way out. I think they peaked Autumn/Winter last year. I do agree that Blundstones are not particularly fashion forward.
