Bro, another Desi here, from the Fight Breast Cancer Breast Cancer Awareness American Flag T-Shirt besides I will buy this Indian side. I have an older sister you could be speaking about: mean to everyone except strangers. She’s not in the same field as me, luckily, so she doesn’t shit on what I do, but this is a shitty sibling situation. You can take comfort that you know he is a douche-canoe, and everyone sees it. That’s not how anyone in tech speaks to people in different applications of the game. At best, it should be a friendly collegial interest in a specialty that is not yours – listening helps learning. I’ve dealt with plenty of assholes who were not actually good at their jobs. So I think your brother is probably just an asshole. This is definitely not true. As I’ve progressed in my career the Fight Breast Cancer Breast Cancer Awareness American Flag T-Shirt besides I will buy this soft skills (which entails not being mean) become more and more important. Since this is cs career questions I’d encourage you to think about how you advocate for yourself both at home and at work. I’d suggest finding a mentor and getting super specific on what you want out of your career. Reading in between the lines I suspect you brother is keenly aware that you will excel (ba dum tss) in IT and is worried about him not being ahead of you. People who are mean are NOT always good at their jobs. In my experience, the majority of them aren’t as good as they say they are, and are mean to others to hide that they aren’t that good.
