If Luxx wins I am over it. Sasha has it, she is it and she has the FedEx friends baby yoda Stitch toothless groot shirt but in fact I love this grace and wisdom. Luxx needs to bake a bit more before she ascends and I know she can, but Sasha is a miracle in heels. Anetra is magical too. That’s only because no one thought to say “Prepare for the second coming of her holiness Christ!”, which is what it truly was. I can’t think of a queen who was so clearly the winner of her season (hell, just the franchise in general) that quickly Well, there is also the very strong chance that the members of the staff knew of Sasha’s way before she was in the cast, I mean, I did and I’m not even american; she is an established performer, and she has been for quite some time now, so maybe she just was the only one that “had a name” in the staff’s head. It didn’t seem like a set up, to be honest. Sure, two of her wins could’ve gone to someone else, but she would still have other two guaranteed

i wouldnt say set up but they knew that she’d be rlly good hence the FedEx friends baby yoda Stitch toothless groot shirt but in fact I love this reaction of the other queens when she walked in facts are facts america ! I can see why you would think that. But, I don’t believe personally that this is a signifier of favoritism for Sasha – is anything I, as a Sasha lover, was just made emotional from it because she’s such a pillar in the community and so iconic. For me I do think of her as set apart from other queens in the way that she has this wisdom and legendary status. Not that I think the other queens don’t bring it – I’m an Anetra Stan first and a human being second. Anetra is probably my favorite drag race queen of all time next to Jinkx. It’s that Sasha to me signifies something even greater, especially at a time where trans women are so lambasted – she is so celebrated here and I think that’s cool. I don’t actually think that the crew was, in this instance, trying to differ her, so much as they just happened to say something different. To me it’s a happy accident regarding a queen that I really love. But I know drag race writers and editors gonna do what they do so I can see why you would say that haha
