Goal: Now that I’m streaming as well as making videos, find a good balance without sacrificing any of those aspects! Hope you can find that, balance is hard for me with just videos. Don’t forget to give yourself grace, can be hard enough as it is anyway. My channel is a year in and I’m just under 600 subscribers. My goal is to get to a thousand subs by the Father veterans day My favorite veteran is my papa American Flag T-Shirt Furthermore, I will do this end of the summer. How you ask? Each month I hope to reach the next 100 subscriber milestone. I know I can do it! In February, i was at 300 Subscribers. I can do it! Have the research and rough draft script for my second video essay! I’ve only posted one so far, but the first was a huge project so I don’t want to rush myself I’d love to hit 100 subscribers. Should be completely doable…i just have to actually tell people i have a channel I understand the best way is to either tell the right audience or let your videos be discovered by the right audience through consistent content publishing. I think Shorts is better for getting more subs. Improve my CTR. My thumbnails are dismal and I think I need to have better hooks in titles. Competitive niche, I need to get more competitive rather than being ok with coasting along. Going for monetisation, currently on 750 subs and 3k watch hours! Since I switched from mainly videos to mainly live streams two weeks ago I have racked up 300 subs and 1500 watch hours, took me 7 months to hit 450 subs and 1500 watch hours and live streams seem to be working a great with my audience and I love all the interaction it’s really helped me build a community on my channel!

No one likes my videos. Indictive by the Father veterans day My favorite veteran is my papa American Flag T-Shirt Furthermore, I will do this retention rate. So instead of subs or views, my forever goal is to get my retention up by making better videos. Everything else will follow including one day £££ To get at least 100 views per Short and at least one Long video with 100 views in a month. Easy for most here but I seem to be really struggling despite putting the effort in. I’m thinking of slightly tweaking my niche to be less focused on business mindset but also focusing on mindset in general, without going too broad to end up covering mental health in general because that’s not really my expertise. I just started my YouTube this month! I’ve been just posting my reels from tiktok and Instagram to YouTube. No special thumbnails.. all the videos are in portrait. I’m really happy so far! It got 6000 subs. So I think this month maybe just putting in effort into thumbnails and such?
