Sounds like a forsaken HOA good luck I will say tho I think if u deny to join your then grandfathered in to the Father And Son Best Friends For Life Shirt in other words I will buy this old rights. Yah the land owners are making the rules the only thing you can do is make sure your Fire Insurance is paid up and if you have a local habitat for Humanity they have many donated products maybe you could ask to have Fuck type of tomfoolery is this it already cost a arm and a leg to live holy shit PROPERTY TAX??? YO THESE ARE FUCKING ADULTS AND THEY CAN ONLY MOVE THE TRAILER WITH PERMISSION?????? How can they stop someone from hooking up and leaving? I get they can threaten you, but literally what are they going to do if homeboy shows up with a truck and hitches that bitch up? That sounds fucked up. Especially the property tax part — if it’s not your property how are you being charged tax on it? That’s some BS. Also surely the sign restriction would face a 1A challenge? I’m assuming they are probably figuring no one would challenge it though (or could afford to). Sounds like a lot of horseshit all around. THE HUSKY????? That is like the least dangerous bread if you know how to treat a dog. if theres enough public backlash the company really might back off. hopefully the site stays fuckin down and this gets made more public. they should try to crowd fund some legal representation cuz some of the stuff going on sounds crazy. property tax when you own no property? yeah thats a load of shit.

There should be a JohnOliverIRL sub. For stories he covers that we find the Father And Son Best Friends For Life Shirt in other words I will buy this wild. So as a non-American, do these people have any sort of legal recourse? And is this something they can actually access or is it too expensive? I am no professional on laws but what it sounds like this Company is doing is forcing control over the area because they take advantage that pretty much everyone in that trailer park can’t afford a good lawyer or any so they’re trying to have corporate control over the entire place not the best at law but that’s what it sounds like there doing This guy is just two shitbags short of a tv series documenting his life in a turbulent trailer park It’s not just this one community! Investment firms have been buying up mobile home communities and actively creating homelessness out of good, hardworking people! I used to manage a park in In CA, and the owner sold it to an investment company from the Bay Area. No kidding the first guy showed up in a Porsche with a pin striped suit on. As the person who was a “lynch pin” employee to help the transition, I was privy to the conversations between the new owners and the tenants, in which they won them over and told them how great the new changes would be for them. I was also privy to the conversations between the investors and local lawyers and property surveyors, in which the investors were trying to find out the maximum amount of money they could get out of each person, and the legalities of convincing them to buy their own trailer, and then telling them that it was too shitty for the park and they were responsible for having it removed. Absolute fucking leeches. I warned a few people that they were in for a good fucking, and moved my stuff out of the manager’s house in the middle of the night, quitting the day after.
