Had this happen to me in my first reception job…I was so creeped out. I was young and my coworkers were awesome, I absorbed as much information and experience as I could and moved on. At this point you can’t make them offer the Ew…People Black Cat Vintage shirt What’s more,I will buy this position to a someone else in a more fair criteria, they will continue to do this. I say get your experience and move on, or start looking now. Don’t be mad about it, it’s the way of the world and us sexy people give other people a little joy here and there. Yeah that’s a thing…honestly, I’m quite sure I wouldn’t have gotten the jobs I did with no experience if I didn’t look nice or dressed well. Sadly, that’s just how a lot of things work, especially if you have to interact with basically anyone. Impressions matter, and that could be based on physical appearance. Like someone else said, that’s a resource for you. Just use what you have to your advantage.

You’re young, which is a great thing. If you like working there and this is the Ew…People Black Cat Vintage shirt What’s more,I will buy this only negative then not worth leaving. This just sounds like a humble brag lol. You can’t control all of those other unknown variables you mentioned so take your luck as the universe passes it around and be happy you got a job! This is just part of your personal strength. People that are good at math or any sport naturally never feel bad about it. All you have to do is to use what you have to get what you want. This happened to me and then I just got treated like I was stupid the whole time I worked there even though I did my job well. Work diligently to gain skill & have a good attitude to prove yrself that u are beyond goodlooking. Then move on to other opportunities that are based on meritocracy. Good for yr self esteem. Lmao well i mean. Places like Victorias secret and other luxury stores do this exclusively. Do you…work at a kind of place that requires modelsque stuff? This is the reason I have gotten most of my jobs. My first job was a bowling alley and my boss only hired because I have brown hair and big boobs. My current job was half because I looked good. Come to find out my ex boss thought I was hot. I imagine this is super common. Awkward-yes! As long as they don’t hit on you, they can hire good looking people. of course if any racial or ethnic or other forbidden categories were the reasons for not hiring, there is a problem.
