That’s still 2-3 dollars below the Everyone has the right to be stupid people abuse the privilege muppet vintage shirt in other words I will buy this living wage where I am. I make nowhere near enough to pay my bills but the Walton’s get a super yacht. I’m out of this as soon as I get a job that pays me enough to survive Not illegal but I think there’s something in policies about working more than 50% of your shifts in another department you’re supposed to get job coded and paid for that department but I don’t remember the exact details back when i worked at walmart a couple years ago i got 11.50 an hour but they had me doing the managers job sometimes because they wanted to go home early Yeah, you help other departments, welcome to retail, and Walmart especially. BFD. When you help other departments and have a decent attitude about it, your appreciated by those you’re helping, the day goes by faster due to variety, and you’re not held to the performance expectations of that team.

Believe me, if you’re helping the Everyone has the right to be stupid people abuse the privilege muppet vintage shirt in other words I will buy this same department every day, OGP for example, you better believe their TL is riding their asses about pick rate, ftp% and presub. If your pay grade is X and they ask you to do a task that falls under pay grade Y then you can say no. If try to coach over it you can open door that and win pretty easily. Really? Lol no. You take someone who’s an entirely different position and make em do a different job…it leads to nothing but them never asking you to do it again. It’s the oldest trick in the book and works 100% of the time. I’ve done it myself and seen it done many times by other associates…. whether on purpose or not It’s technically possible…from my long experience at Walmart so unlikely it’s stupid to even bring it up. Like talking about being hit by lightning. You must work at a store with really “great” management cuz I assure you…that’s not how it is at most stores You want to say my store has “great” management when in a prior comment you said you get away with piss poor work ethic? Lmao!
