So hypotheticaly speaking if I have 1000 frozen embryos then I might need 334 staff on hand at all times to abide by the Every day I’m skilling it shirt so you should to go to store and get this law in my country if a frozen embryo was classified as a child. A quick Google for the laws in Alabama, the ratio for adults to children for any children under 18 months is 1:5. So whilst you may now only need 200 staff for the same 1000 embryos, that is still far to excessive in practice. Make sure the embryo child owners are also taking credit for them on their taxes. Got 10-15 kiddos on ice? You can claim them! I live in the Alabama/Florida/Mississippi of Canada and my premier used a piece of legislation (the not withstanding clause) to override our charter of rights and freedoms to enact a discriminatory law against trans kids based on a letter writing campaign. Said campaign resulted 18 letter, 11 of which were anonymous. It can get worse.
Every day I’m skilling it shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt
Ya but she saved all of our problems! Now the Every day I’m skilling it shirt so you should to go to store and get this 45 trans kids in the province can’t comfortably pee in school! Canada! Canada! Canada! You’d need to keep them in a freezer in your garage or something. You can only claim children on taxes as dependents who reside with you at least 50% plus one day of the year. We could go somewhere with this. If embryos outlast the parent, are they orphans, and do they become wards of the state/or the closest living adult relative is permitted to assume guardianship? How does this work for seriously ill children that have to stay at the hospital? Or a baby that was born last year and has only ever been in the NICU? Hospital stays are probably treated like college, where it’s assumed the child intends to return to the parent’s residence and that their current location is strictly temporary. The default is basically “where are they getting their mail and such sent? Parent A’s place? Okay, so we assume that’s where they plan to live once they return from college/hospital.” You have to pay to keep the embryos frozen. The question is would the child tax credit be more than the freezer rent? I mean, that’s basically the idea and intent behind TRAP laws. Anyone here got some frozen embryos in Alabama? Sue the clinic for negligent supervision. Then demand social security numbers for those puppies and apply for benefits on the basis that being a frozen embryo constitutes a long term mental or physical condition that seriously limits their activities. Declare them all as dependents on your tax returns. Set up tax advantaged savings accounts for every single one of them eggo waffles you’ve got in storage. Hell, if you’ve had them parked for five years or more, enroll them in your local public school to boost the enrollment numbers and thereby the state per pupil funding! What about ‘pre-womb children’ who out’live’ their parents in their frozen state? Do they become wards of the state? Or is the heir or next of kin forced to assume ‘child’ support?
