Some ppl forget that America is the 3rd largest in population. More people = More chance of crime = More likelihood of police brutality. As mentioned in the threads, context is everything and not seeing the entire video or not having the entire truth can be damaging. In Jamaica for example cops shoot a lot of people, like hundreds of people per year. That’s a country of less then 3 million people and a death by police rate of between 20 to 30 on occasion. That’s higher then most American cities. I don’t police using force to restrain people but how the he’ll is punching and kicking someone restraining them? If a police officer tackles a fleeing suspect, fine all good. If a police officer tackles a fleeing suspect and then just starts punching them, that is police brutality. It doesn’t help the officer restrain the suspect at all. Half of those situations would’ve been avoided if parents taught their children how to talk to people and how to act in general. I don’t fucking like the police one bit but a lot of people do this to themselves.
