This seems to be normal, regardless of whether it’s a house or a trailer. Companies pushing everyone out and turning everything into rentals. I bet they need more space for the Etowah High School Alumni Shirt in other words I will buy this landfill so they need everyone to move away. Changing the rules doesn’t cost them anything but it does save them having to buy out the land from people and settle payments for the property. If everyone moves away because they don’t like the new rules then their problem is solved and they never have to lift a finger This issue seems like it would fill up an episode of Last Week Tonight yep mhm someone should get their attention. its legal cuz its their trailer park? its not nice, but the owners can do what they please, and lose many customers

Etowah High School Alumni Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

That’s tricky actually. Initial thought was hell no that’s not legal you own the Etowah High School Alumni Shirt in other words I will buy this home.. but then I thought well maybe you’re technically renting.. do you have to pay dues or association fees? But then I thought hell no it shouldn’t matter. But then I thought what are they threatening to do if you don’t comply.. did you sign a contract with this company? It’s tricky from a legal sense. But I would just not comply and make them take you to court. Then you’ll find out if they even think they have any actual right to do so and then you’ll get in front of a judge who will hopefully tell them to fuck off. I’d have to have more details to give a better answer but honestly yeah I just wouldn’t do the shit they want you to do and take it from there. If nothing else it buys you time.
