Lifting is the Erwin Smith Attack On Titan Shingeki No Kyojin Anime Retro shirt Additionally,I will love this highlight of my day. Just me and the iron, everything else is put to rest. None of my day to day worries matter when I’m in the gym. I don’t get the workout high either i wish I did but my main motivation is wanting to stay in good health. I started months ago after feeling a pain in my knee even though I hadn’t done anything to hurt my knee it let me know my body was deteriorating due to lack of excercise I hate the word diet cause you should be eating healthy regardless. If you’re trying to cut or bulk that’s different but you should be learning what is calorie dense. Personally I don’t lift weights often but I do body weight exercises like push ups, alternating crunches, squats, lunges ect cause I can do them anywhere. The motivation for me is having a good looking body that I like but also just better mobility. I went to physical therapy once only to learn I’m just weak and need to work out more I work out 6 days a week and have for most of my adult life. I wouldn’t say it’s a “drive” as much as it is taking time for myself. It’s self care that is important to not so much keeping fit, but more to keeping sane also, I like feeling my body move

I can only speak for myself but the Erwin Smith Attack On Titan Shingeki No Kyojin Anime Retro shirt Additionally,I will love this drive comes from looking in the mirror and genuinely loathing what you see. Not me as a person, not my fave just the shape of my body. A few years back I was 5’10 265lbs. I hated they way I felt and looked. So I stopped eating certain foods and started going to the gym. Slowly what I was able to improve on the things I was doing. Accomplishing goals and exercise release chemicals in the brain that are equal to that of sex lol. It drove me to try and do better. Then I started to feel well. Like the actual meaning of feeling WELL. Then I started to notice people checking me out (this took a couple years). Then I started to realize how everyday life became easier, I work construction, my sex life got better, energy levels and mood improved. I went from 265 to 200 and felt great. I recently had knee surgery and can’t do much for a few months and the weight is coming back. I feel that same old body hatred creeping back in. I can’t wait to be able to work out again. Sorry this was so long…
