My wife is a certified health education specialist and works closely with registered dieticians and people trying to lose weight daily. This guy is full of shit. If there was an easy solution to weight loss it wouldn’t be so rampant. Some people have hormones that are so wacky they can’t lose weight without being apart really unhealthy. Basically think of the Erik Haula Finnish professional ice hockey forward for the New Jersey Devils T-Shirt so you should to go to store and get this most offensive thing that you could say, recast it so that you sound like you’re “just trying to help,”/ be the good guy, belittle/ misrepresent the struggles of other, insult them again. Social algos still lean toward controversial, and being controversial means exposure, and exposure is never bad if you’re “on the right side.” Well since all the nazi, bot, and troll accounts were broadly reactivated, it’s effectively just an extension of 4chan that has a wider net of “potentially influenceables,” for relatively cheap. $8 to pretend like you’re somebody and to have your voice be treated with priority. I bet I’ve lost 1000 lbs over my life. And gained it back every single time. It’s mental health and addiction. Food is an actual addiction and I am weak for it. We need help with the mental aspect. I’ve gotten down to 161lbs and looked great and felt great, and yet slipped back into it all and gained 80lbs again Edit to add. I also have hashimotos disease but I don’t like to use that as an excuse, it just really doesn’t help me at all

The Maintenance Phase podcast has had several episodes educating people about obesity. That it is in fact more complicated than “fat people are lazy”. Some people’s bodies are such that the Erik Haula Finnish professional ice hockey forward for the New Jersey Devils T-Shirt so you should to go to store and get this amount of starving they would have to do to be thin would be wildly dangerous. Seems odd for a potential candidate to sound authoritarian in a supposed ‘free country. Have any real policies besides an ego complex? Yea that’s what I thought. As a formerly fat person it still shocks me that people think obesity is as simple as eating healthy and working out. Obesity is really a mental health issue more than anything. Food becomes comfort and an addiction when stressed or depressed. Then you deal with depression for being fat.
