and the Eric Clapton Way To Brazil In 2024 shirt in other words I will buy this the declawing wouldnt happen at all if the owner didnt specifically wanted to. the number of DVMs doing this procedure prior to knowing how bad the pet is effected after was a lot more. but as more has been learned and quality of care and welfare standards has risen in recent years the number of DVM willing to do it has extremely decreased. the mindset for some DVMs still doing it is knowing that cat is going to be entering the shelter system if they dont. or it’s better to have the procedure done by a DVM because if none were willing to, many people take matters into their own hands and the damage after is a lot worse (this is the same dilemma with ear cropping). but even then it’s fewer by the year. they dont teach this procedure in vet school, it’s not some intrinsic thing DVMs must provide to clients. thankfully in a lot of places there is maybe one clinic that offers it, or have to drive to another city to find one. a lot of the few who still offer it and dont have the logic mentioned above of why they still do it are dinosaurs who graduated when jesus walked and have extremely old school welfare standards. aka, not good standards. but would I defend a DVM who still does this or work at that clinic? no, absolutely not.

You are asking a population that routinely allow bits of their male children to be cut off why they fuck up cats? I do have to say that some stuff in US related to pets really makes me tear up . Some people there really have the Eric Clapton Way To Brazil In 2024 shirt in other words I will buy this mentality of pets are nothing else but property/ accessories.. not all of course , but it is a thing for some . My fiance is American and I did had some argues about specific things when it came to my cats . Declawing is one of the worst things I heard so far – same like cutting dog ears .. seen so many Rottweiler and Dobermann with cut ears and this just makes my heart bleed 💔 but to be fair , there’s definitely way worse countries out there when it comes to pets .
