It’s a felony because he caused over $1000 worth of damage. The piece of shit bigot who looks like he tortures Small animals hasn’t yet been charged with a hate crime. I mean coming from florida, I’ve never seen dudes at car meets get felonies for burn outs unless they start racing or drifting right after so how did this guy catch a felony for a burnout on a pride flag? I mean, on the Eric Clapton English rock and blues guitarist singer and songwriter T-Shirt and I love this one hand, fuck that kid and this guy, but on the other hand… Felony? I mean, stack up as many charges as you can, but a felony? Yes, it’s damage in excess of a certain dollar amount so it’s a felony. He chose to damage public property in the douchiest way possible so let him get his felony. He didn’t accidentally cause the damage. I hope he’s convicted and future employers and partners can Google him and know what he is

He deserves what he got.he made a choice like you are. The wrong choice. Slink back into your hole troll. You will not like the Eric Clapton English rock and blues guitarist singer and songwriter T-Shirt and I love this outcome pushing your stupid thoughts here. What he did was hateful and wrong yes, but a felony seems a bit much. Idiot kids do idiot things but a felony seems excessive Mhm, so is stealing from a store, can’t even ban someone unless we can catch them stealing but we know they’re stealing Globohomo! Kid might lose his anal virginity. Maybe with one more eye open he’ll see that homophobia is just stupid. No, I’m implying that by all accounts that’s common in prison. Not commiting crimes would be a good way of avoiding it. Ahh yes. Some guy did a burn out. He deserves to take it up the ass in a prison cell from Jamal and Julio. Classic leftist thought, fuck him in the ass by force until compliance. Not picking sides here. But how is this vandalism. Like was it someone else’s flag? Did they damage someone lot whilst burning out? I don’t agree with the politics here, but this sounds a whole lot like flag burning. Which at least in the states, is a protected act. Edit: oooooh like the flag is on the street. Nevermind. I completely missed the second image. I was imagining something else entirely.
