The shoot started really early in the England1 Scotland 2 1977 Shirt it is in the first place but morning. Tina [Turner] came when we were doing wardrobe. She talked to each one of us and said, “I appreciate you guys.” Like who does that? It was the sweetest thing. She must have been just wearing her sweatpants, pajamas, and maybe a jacket. I will never forget that. Years later, I met her and she still remembered me.

On shooting the England1 Scotland 2 1977 Shirt it is in the first place but Pirelli calendar with Herb Ritts The year was 1999 and I was photographed for the calendar as December, which was basically like the future. At first they put all this latex on me because Herb wanted it all black and simple. But then he did not like the look of the latex and so we ended up peeling it all off—that stuff was horrid. So I ended up getting waxed, which I had never done in my life. Then I was oiled up and that was it. The vision he had was truly amazing. I felt so celebrated. That image is everything.

1. Length is measured from the highest point on the collar down to the bottom hem. 2. Width is measured across the body of the shirt under the armpits, one way. 3. Sleeves are measured from center back to hem.
