Sounds like they’re looking to hire someone else and leave you where you are saying the Elton John Farewell Tour 2023 Merch Retro Elton Shirt and I love this other persons a better fit. Say you don’t want to take on extra responsibilities without extra pay. You’re in a position where you can negotiate a little. You need to get in writing the terms of your new job, otherwise they’ll just put it off indefinitely. Get them to define a set term on your new job probation, as well as what the compensation will be at that time. Get them to provide a written list of duties and expectations. Don’t give them any wiggle room to “negotiate” you out of what you’re due or add any additional unmentioned duties to your new role. Biggest question: do you want the job being leader of the team? If you like the company you work for, like the people who will be reporting to you, and look forward to the challenge, then I say go for it. And for protecting yourself: have something in writing that will reflect the change in title/salary after a ‘grace period’ you and your employer can agree on. It kind of sounds like you hold all the cards right now. If you and the employer can’t decide when the new title and salary will be put into effect, then simply state you don’t agree with the terms and will continue to work in the position you are currently holding. You might miss out on the promotion if they decide to go for someone else, but you won’t be losing anything either.

Regardless, it sounds like a great opportunity if it’s something you want to do and you should be proud to even be considered. Keep up the Elton John Farewell Tour 2023 Merch Retro Elton Shirt and I love this good work my friend! This equates to a scam SCAM S C A M! They are trying to scam free labour out of you for no extra money. They are scamming you. They are just a bunch of chancers and want the managerial work done for no extra pay. How much was your previous manager getting. You want to be paid the same or you have no interest in the job. Call their bluff and ask them to prove that they are not scamming you. I know that they are scamming you ! If they didn’t already think you were capable of the job, then they would never have asked you to fill the roll. Never accept more responsibility without more pay. Decline the offer, unless they give you a raise Seems like a scam to me. Why give you the added responsibility without giving you an increase in pay from the get go? I would refuse until they offer the increase in pay as well. Don’t agree to doing extra work that a director does for the same pay and position that you currently hold. It’s unfair to you.
