To increase your chances for interview, network. Reach out on LinkedIn to the Elon Musk 2024 Vintage Election T-Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this hiring manager. Record a short video introducing yourself and send it to them. Make yourself stand out. Do this for the jobs that you’re the most excited about. Sell yourself in your resume. Most people are not 100% honest and will add achievements that they think are correct but don’t have data to prove it’s correct. No one will ask you for proof (unless it’s some specific achievement where they can/should). If you think it’s correct then that’s all that matters. You sound like you are a rule follower. Think about the rules that are important (not lying on resume) and the rules that you are imposing on yourself (applying to jobs you qualify for only 100%) A word of advice from someone who has been working and mentoring others for a long time. This is your career, no one else cares about it. You are the biggest driver of your career. Get super confident about your skills. There are people who look at a job description, have experience with 50% of the role, and say “I can do this and deserve the highest salary”. I am mentoring people at my job right now who are seniors and don’t have the skill set of a junior. You need to believe you deserve more, otherwise it will keep you back forever. Get more selfish with your career.

Stop thinking you’re under qualified. You never know what sort of training they’re willing to provide or what sort of leeway they’ll give you to learn the Elon Musk 2024 Vintage Election T-Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this role. Not everyone goes into a job and is a perfect fit right away. 26 applications are way too low. Make that a daily goal, and it’s different. At the very least, a monthly goal, although it should be higher. If you need to work, then find anything and keep applying on the side to the jobs you want. A slight adjustment of the “apply for jobs you sort of match”, you can also apply for jobs totally outside of your range. You’ll apply down (meaning a lower position), but it can be a great springboard for medium-long term career trajectory. A year in an entry level gig in an industry you’re interested in entering is better than not having a job at all, AND at the end of that timeline you have new, industry specific experience that’ll let you leapfrog thanks to your experience prior to this “stepping stone” gig.

1. Length is measured from the highest point on the collar down to the bottom hem. 2. Width is measured across the body of the shirt under the armpits, one way. 3. Sleeves are measured from center back to hem.
