So, in other words, the Elle King Pop Rock Come Get Your Wife Elle Queen Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this driver broke a policy within the contract that they signed, which is a violation. HOWEVER, doordash loves to make money from refunds more than they like to give out violations. Generally they low ball you first, then end up giving you credits that actually amount to only 96.8 cents per $1 spent. Welcome to DoorTrash. “Your kids are starving. Carl’s Junior believes no child should go hungry. You are an unfit mother. Your children will be placed in the custody of Carl’s Jr. ” Just tag DoorDash in a Twitter post with the screenshot and they’ll refund you. I don’t go to DoorDash support if I have a problem, I go straight to Twitter. First of all, as a Dasher, this is insane. Please 1 star and report that driver. They shouldn’t be on the platform anymore. Second, I don’t want to sound rude or racist but all of the customer service representatives are outsourced from foreign countries and they really don’t care about your experience. They never have sympathy for the customer or driver in my experience and it’s obvious they read off a script. It’s ridiculous.

I swear, 99% of these posts are people who treat the Elle King Pop Rock Come Get Your Wife Elle Queen Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this bot who only looks for KEYWORDS as a real human being. Both drivers and customers could get significantly better results if they just understood that you CAN NOT talk to a bot like a human. The bot is actually incredibly efficient if you correctly answer it in simple phrases or yes/no’s, but if you insist on not letting the bot work for you fast and easy, repeatedly spam “agent” or “representative” in the chat til you get one. To be clear im not upset at your experience, fuck that driver and get them fired. But maaaaan im tired of these posts where people clearly do themselves no favors when chatting with the bot. I see people lose refunds and lose half pay on orders all the time because they don’t answer correctly.
