April 11, 2019 “House Bill 896 – legislation that subjects women who undergo abortions to criminal liability and even the Elf Squad Christmas Matching Family Toddler T-Shirt and I will buy this possibility of the death penalty.” Alabama is 100% going to start arresting women for having miscarriages. Maybe they won’t get a conviction, but they’ll still put the woman through a murder trial. Remember, if you are called to a Jury you have the right to always find not-guilty. You cannot be punished for a not-guilty verdict in any way. So if the law is unjust and you refuse to convict, you can hang the jury. I know that if the courts are corrupt I wouldn’t find anyone guilty if called to a jury. I also will not advertise that fact before the trial. The governments are not the people. Conservatives like to act like they believe abortion is murder but that’s just something they weaponize against their enemies while in fact benefitting from roe vs wade every day and they know it. It’s like people screaming anal sex is sin but wouldn’t go on making laws that would get people arrested for it or they would risk being arrested. If they could pass abortion bans for everyone but themselves then they would have no problem with it. This is not about baby murder, it’s about hurting people you don’t like.

The “state level decision” is just a distraction. You know for a fact, now that it’s no longer protected, the Elf Squad Christmas Matching Family Toddler T-Shirt and I will buy this moment they have the power to federally ban it, they will. My favorite are the so-called “libertarians” (i.e. neck-beards living in their parent’s basements) who do support it. Libertarians are already pretty laughable (the Free Town Project comes to mind) but a Libertarian who supports any roll-back of personal freedoms is just beyond my comprehension. Country wide support for it is at most 20%, and id say at least half of that support it in name only, but will vote to keep it legal. Theres a ton of women in conservative areas that only talk the talk to not make a scene, but will go out for small trips to beaches.
