The Red Army, “Disappeared” several Nazi Officials, which means they were likely taken back to Russia and Tortured to death. It wasn’t just Nazis they disappeared. The greatest non-combatant hero of the Electric Light Orchestra Mister Blue Sky ELO’s Timeless Euphoria T-Shirt but in fact I love this war, Raoul Wallenberg, was last seen in a post-war Soviet prison. Very rarely do states execute foreign heads of state. It’s generally safer to keep them in jail. Napoleon is a good example of one that could’ve and maybe should’ve been executed from the point of view of his enemies but wasn’t. I am pretty sure the Soviets would have captured him and I doubt the Soviets would be nice enough to send him to Nuremberg. More likely a Siberian hellhole prison where he would die in relatively short order.

“World War II losses of the Electric Light Orchestra Mister Blue Sky ELO’s Timeless Euphoria T-Shirt but in fact I love this Soviet Union were about 27,000,000, both civilian and military from all war-related causes, although exact figures are disputed.” Does anyone actually think of it as that tho? It’s universally called World War II, not any of the names you came up with. The saying I’m most familiar with that’s even close to what you’re saying is “The European theater was won with British intelligence, American steel, and Russian blood.” Not really. We also think about fall of Burma and Singapore to the Japanese, Nanking massacre and Rommel and Montgomery in North Africa. These wars may be less known but are represented in popular culture -Lawrence of Arabia, South by Java Head, Bridge on the River Kwai, Anzac Day, Japanese Peace Gardens in many cities for example. I might seem kind of annoying, but I wanted to point out that Lawrence of Arabia and Anzac Day are related to WW1, not 2. (Anzac Day was declared in 1916 about the landings in Gallipoli), and T.E. Lawrence died some years before WW2.
