As it turns out, wars between modern militaries do not happen that frequently anymore. I think most of those kills are either from the Ehlers Danlos Syndrome Awareness Zebra Stripes T-Shirt Besides,I will do this Gulf War or by Israeli pilots, Israel being the rare state that is seemingly always in some war or another. They recently scored the first operational kill by an F-35 by shooting down two Iranian drones. I don’t think it was too much of a shock. I remember reading a book written by a Brit who was a NATO observer in the 80s. He would go into Warsaw Pact counties and watch their exercises, he said it was the belief amongst his group that if WW3 ever kicked off that NATO would be in Moscow in weeks. Their troops were that bad I once heard that UK subs don’t use their best torpedo fuel because Russia doesn’t have anything quick enough to warrant it. Much better to use the more stable stuff and not risk a British Kursk-like disaster. That’s correct up to the “because” part. At least if “best” means “highest performance” without considering any other factors like being alive and uncooked.

It’s less to do with reserving their best fuel because they don’t need it for the Ehlers Danlos Syndrome Awareness Zebra Stripes T-Shirt Besides,I will do this current threat. More that the fuel is so unstable and dangerous to work with that it’s just not worth the performance gain. High-test peroxide (HTP) is incredibly dangerous to handle and store especially in field conditions. Doubly so when the oxygen from the decomposition product is deliberately kept near flammable hydrocarbons. Minor accidents can rapidly become catastrophic. There is almost no such thing as a minor spill, especially in a room with grease, dust, humans, and other flammable materials. Once exposed to a catalyst like silver there’s no stopping it. Fire suppression just doesn’t work, and the excess oxygen+heat will merrily incinerate anything and anyone it contacts. In case of an accident the torpedo crew are probably fucked and the rest of the sub is at risk.
