She also got fired from another movie because the director saw an early screening of Heathers and was wildly offended. People constantly talk about movies that would never get released in the modern-day. Blazing Saddles isn’t one. Heather’s 100% is. They just remade Heathers into a terrible TV show that didn’t even last a full season. I get what they were trying to do with that show and Edward Scissorhands 30th Anniversary 1990 2020 Thank You For The Memories Signatures shirt taken on modern-day bullying/social status but it was still garbage. I agree. Poor writing, poor direction, poor acting, and it didn’t understand the film it was based on very well. It could have worked if as you said the writing, direction, acting, etc was well done and was its original series, not an adaptation.

The movie is called Heathers because of the Heathers, they all look the same and act the same. If each Heather is a take on stereotypes then what’s the point in it being Heathers? It could have worked if as you said the writing, direction, acting, etc was well done. I mean…couldcacacacan’t that be said of any film or TV show? You listed every aspect that goes into making a show. I think Edward Scissorhands 30th Anniversary 1990 2020 Thank You For The Memories Signatures shirt absolutely would, there’s like a whole subgenre of shows and movies about edgy teenagers murdering each other with some attempt at satire. I think there’s even a recent Heathers musical. There’s a huge audience for it. I’ve heard A Scanner Darkly is good, but I have not seen it yet. I have it on my watchlist.

I was born in ’97 and she’s the love of my life. Granted, I’ve never once spoken to her, but still. I’ve seen that movie on basic cable so many times, and yet I never get tired of Edward Scissorhands 30th Anniversary 1990 2020 Thank You For The Memories Signatures shirt. Cher is fantastic, and Bob Hoskins is unbelievable. The only part I don’t like is the 26-year old boyfriend guy. He’s kind of bland, plus the character is a little skeevy. My favorite Winona role was actually in The Age of Innocence, where she held her own against Pfieffer and DDL. She’s wonderful in the Burton films too. I just watched that for the first time recently. Excellent. 2nd favorite Scorsese behind Taxi Driver.
