You put it on your plate (by yourself) you eat it. And if it takes hours so be it. Food is limited and someone else would’ve liked to have it. If I plate then it’s on me. People “force” kids to eat so that they eat a balanced diet, and during more convenient times. Kids push boundaries and will try to avoid anything they dont like.
