How’s are fucking stupid. Who wants to buy a house and than be told how they need to cut there grass or what they can or can’t have on their lawn. It’s just power hungry people who have nothing better in their lives. Why do HOAs even exist? Or why would people choose to live in one? No one tells me what I can or can’t do with my home except for the municipality that I live in. How would she even know how much people sold for? Someone could just say they only sold for 1$, and throw the bitch a dime. What she gonna do? Have a camera at every sale? Have one of her HOA cohorts at every sale auditing the sales? Tf? Literally a nightmare to live in such a neighbourhood. You dont tell me what I have to do, are you out of your fckn mind??
