Yup, which is my biggest problem with this as well. She gave the Eagles Mascot Football Philadelphia Eagles shirt it is in the first place but anti-LGBTQ the exact fodder they were hoping to get. Already right-wing nut jobs are posting stuff about “all trans are perverts that want to be perverted around kids.” Of course, there are millions of trans people in the world who aren’t, but that doesn’t matter. She gave them “topless woman at the WH at a family LGBTQ” event… It’s all the fodder they need. Exactly my sentiments as well. And none of us should feel ashamed for being anti-ImTheMainCharacter while simultaneously being pro-LGBTQ. This is clearly a case of the former. One doesn’t take off their dress jacket or loosen ties while a guest at the White House. Lack of decorum? Not even close; trash city & she fucked it up for everyone. She’s gonna be a goddamn meme attacking Biden & the Right won’t be wrong. What was Biden supposed to do, run out and tackle her? The white house responded and banned her. You’re correct that the Right is going to use this as fuel to attack Biden, but they’re still wrong to do it. Yes. It would have been the funniest thing ever to happen in the history of the world. Such an action would be justified no matter the consequences. Wrong or not this person should have known the impact their actions would bring, especially as an “activist”. The fact that shes banned shows that even the host found it unappealing. The far right would attack either way but what about those more centrist? Surely this would leave a bad taste in their mouth. This person has done more harm than good.

It’s true that simply being topless is not illegal in many states and cities, ie sunbathing when you are at the Eagles Mascot Football Philadelphia Eagles shirt it is in the first place but beach, or breastfeeding a baby. But exposing yourself in a sexual manner is pretty universally not legal. The DC law is “(a) It shall not be lawful for any person or persons to make any obscene or indecent exposure of his or her person, or to make any lewd, obscene, or indecent sexual proposal, or to commit any other lewd, obscene, or indecent act in the District of Columbia, under penalty of not more than $300 fine, or imprisonment of not more than 90 days, or both, for each and every such offense.” You can she in the video that she was not topless, except for when she briefly exposed her breasts, grabbed them, and jiggled them around. There is a pretty strong argument for it being sexual in nature. Make me president and I will throw out a coupon that entitles each American one Hooker/Jiggalo and one 2 oz bag of blow for a day. That is my campaign promise.
