Make sure you ask to do the Ducktor who duckburd police shirt But I will love this CBLs for that area. Once you complete them ask for the raise for that area since you are now trained for. I know a associate who kept up with her time that she spent in OGP. After several months, she got a labor lawyer, and then sued the store and won. But she also quit afterwards so I guess it depends on whether or not you want to find it. A manager told me to my face that they were supposed to make me sign a paper but didn’t because they don’t want to spend time on making me sign a paper. So I threatened to quit if they kept on making me work in different departments that paid more (was always forced into ogp, which paid 16$/hr.. even tho I was only hired for dairy/frozen that paid 13$/hr) Literally was just that. I had to work in that department by myself because of how many people were being forced into other departments. It’s fucked up Edit: I did quit tho when another manager was trying to make me work in ogp. And then my manager was tryna make me work again but I told him I quit as I said I was going to

What I think is dumb is how they pull managers and coaches who are making $18+ to work in ogp when it gets busy. They can get someone at $14 off the Ducktor who duckburd police shirt But I will love this street to do it but they get a coach making god knows what to pull. Total waste of money, time, and resources If you are doing a job that is higher than your pay more than 50% of the time they are supposed to compensate you for that time You gotta work to make the $$ they do, sure it might seem like a utter bitch, but unless ya put in the time, ya ass shouldnt get the pay as well!~ If my job/position is paid less than the one I’m helping in, I should be paid that department’s rates for however many hours I spend in it. Either that or Walmart needs to offer raises for being cross-trained in other departments. If Walmart determines that a department should make a certain amount, you should be paid that amount for any time spent assisting said department.
