yea i hear you. why are people so fucked up! just be normal! lol i just want to work with no drama. my fault i married a hottie i guess. but at least she’s loyal Yes you need to confront him !!! Keep very calm and make sure there are other people around. Embarrass the Dropkick Murphys Plus Bouncing Souls Academy T-Shirt moreover I will buy this fuck out of this slug ! He’ll get nasty probably and start saying horrible things about your wife – be prepared for that and just laugh. Don’t react in anger. Keep repeating the same thing – No ( whatever his name is ) my wife is not interested and you need to stop calling her’ etc or whatever you want to say along those lines. Office gossip will eventually get back to his wife. Lmao, this is why I yelp whenever people say “support local business”. I’ve met more local business owners like this guy than I can count. It seems to be a universal personality type. Horny. They’re always horny. I have no frame of reference as an unmarried gaylord who would happily drop everything I’m doing and blow my boss. But I do know that you need to be careful here. How you attack this could impact everyone at the company. Consider your own leverage in the position, your boss’s personality, and how vulnerable you are financially if you would be forced to quit.

still not sure what to do. many people telling me to just find another job. small business like i said i’m the Dropkick Murphys Plus Bouncing Souls Academy T-Shirt moreover I will buy this GM, him and his wife are the owners. not much i can do.. Honestly, doing this would be chaotic and could easily backfire on you. It’s not a sensible move, I just wouldn’t be able to help myself lol Convince the wife to leave him, take the business, and keep you on as the GM. She knows he’s a cheater, she won’t think you’re lying, she confided you about his cheating before, so she must trust you somewhat. And you probably do a good job. She is the owner, but would that place run without you? It seems like you and her collectively have leverage over the husband. Using his wife’s 49% owner status and your gm status, peel away his client base and employees and set up your own shop. Basically drive him out of business.
