Depending on your local road and driving rules. You will have to avoid having her as a passenger because of fines and licensing sanctions. But you can be friends still. Unfriending seems a bit harsh. But tell them that you care about them and don’t want to see them gif hurt. When I drive I have a rule. Use a seatbelt or we won’t move Just refuse to drive anywhere until she puts on her seat belt. It’s simple. Either she will comply or get out of the Drake Evangelion Rapper With Shinji Ikari Anime shirt but in fact I love this car. Either the friend flies through the window or you unfriend her; either way you’re loosing a friend. It’s just a question of when and luck. I HATE people that in such cases say “you should just worry about yourself”. Why? Because you are. When a car is in a serious crash, a person that isn’t wearing a seatbelt could be flung around so hard during the crash that they hit other passengers instantly killing them because of the hit. Same with people saying just let me speed worry about yourself, I AM not only myself other drivers too, you’re speeding on PUBLIC roads you are actively endagering OTHERS. Any crash that happens only gets worse with increased speed. Maybe tell her that she’s endagering her passengers that way. Also if possible refuse to drive with them if they don’t wear the seatbelt. In the UK you can get fined if your passenger is not belted up (or maybe they get fined). If they are unbeaten in the back, they could kill anyone infront nina collision.

There’s no imaginable excuse that could convince me to keep a friendship with someone that routinely refused to wear a seatbelt. If you’re driving, you will be ticketed if she’s breaking the Drake Evangelion Rapper With Shinji Ikari Anime shirt but in fact I love this law by not wearing her seatbelt. Refuse to drive her unless she does. Beyond that, you can tell her you’re worried but you have to let her make her own choices. Ditching the friendship completely over this issue (assuming you don’t have conflicts otherwise) is a little dramatic. Throughout life you’ll have to deal with differences in life choices among your friends and eliminating friends for these kinds of problems is an unrealistic policy. Where I live (East Coast Canada), the driver is only responsible for the non seat belt wearer if they are 16 or under. If this is the same in your area then yeah it’s a little unreasonable to want to unfriend them for it, as them not wearing a seatbelt in no way affects you. Now if the laws in your area state that you are responsible for the passengers in your car regardless of age, I can understand. I wouldn’t cut her off completely. If they’re your friend I’m sure she isn’t a bad person or careless overall. However I wouldn’t go driving with them.
