This is probably the Dragon Ball Z Super Heroes Shirt in addition I really love this answer. The only time I was in shape was when I woke up before 5am to go to the gym. But now even if I set the alarm to wake up that early, I inevitably convince myself to just go after work and go back to sleep. Working out never happens. The bed is too tempting. Also if you think you are getting enough sleep and are still tired, you might had a sleeping disorder like sleep disordered breathing such as apnea, hypopneas. You can get help for this. I’m in school ATM for polysomography. You would be surprised how many people go around being tried and used to it, not realizing that they don’t have to live that way. Trying to get my sleep apnea fixed now, cant think of a day were I felt “well rested”. Guess I’d have to get a referral to get a sleep study and then get a CPAP machine? Idk I just want to get good sleep for once in my life

Yeah go to your doctor and let him know. CPAP is covered by insurance so you won’t have to pay to much for a machine plus the Dragon Ball Z Super Heroes Shirt in addition I really love this mask interface. I use CPAP as well and my motivation was “I’m tired of being tired”. See the only thing I have against this is I don’t wanna be Darth Vader every day for the rest of my sleeping life. If only there was a better way 🙁 Depends on why you have sleep disordered breathing. If it’s from being overweight, then you can do something about it. Talk to your doctor about it. If it’s a weight issue, the treatment will give you back energy in order to lose weight so it could be temporary. For me, I have an enlarged tonsil that was never removed as a child so either I get surgery or use my machine. Surgery removal of your tosils is harder to recover from as an adult unfortunately I know you didn’t ask for advice, but I do this too and the solution for me is to do it incrementally. The problem is trying to bundle the goals of getting up earlier along with exercising.
