Walking is still good though, no denying that, but maybe not right after your work. I have the Dragon Ball Z Super Goku Gym Shirt also I will do this same commute both ways (so, more than an hour of walking), use stairs only (colleagues still ask me why I don’t use the elevator) and get to stand up at least one time per hour during my work (sometimes I do short walks to the nearby main building). It’s not much, but it adds up. Without it I’d be both tired and worse compared to right now where I’m just tired Ehhh, I call BS on this one. I’ve worked physical jobs and sedentary jobs, and both are exhausting (though for different reasons). If they are the kind of people who hold down second jobs afterhours or on the weekend, they are the kind of people who would do that regardless what their day job was.

I’ve got no disillusions that my work is hard in the Dragon Ball Z Super Goku Gym Shirt also I will do this slightest, but I don’t understand how someone has the drive to go to the gym after an 8 hour work day. I barely have the energy to make food that isn’t just tossing something in my airfryer for 15 minutes The secret (if you work for someone else) is to only ever give about 65-75% of yourself to work so you ALWAYS have leftover for you. If you need a little boost after work, drink a small coffee and eat a banana/fruit to go do your workout. If you haven’t ever worked out or yours just starting, make you bar for success SUPER low like “this week I WILL walk for 15 minutes when I get home.” You will absolutely surprise yourself as time goes on.

1. Length is measured from the highest point on the collar down to the bottom hem. 2. Width is measured across the body of the shirt under the armpits, one way. 3. Sleeves are measured from center back to hem.
